I'm an engineer by background. I previously co-founded Scanova, a SaaS product that serves customers across multiple countries. After that, I led and scaled engineering teams at high-growth startups including TATA 1mg, India's #1 digital health platform and Syfe, a digital wealth platform that now manages well over US$10 billion in AUM.
Across those years, I kept seeing the same pattern: teams cared deeply about customer feedback, but the tooling was too expensive, too broad, or too painful to set up. We are building Pulseahead to be focused, fast-moving, and priced with more honesty.
