Why don't you charge based on MAUs?
We believe charging based on users penalizes growth. You shouldn't pay more just because more people are using your product. Our pricing is based on survey usage, not user counts.
What counts as an active survey?
An active survey is one that is currently live and eligible to be shown to users. You can pause or archive surveys at any time to free up slots.
What does “unlimited responses” mean?
There is no cap on how many responses you can collect in a month. Whether you get 100 or 100,000 responses, the price stays the same.
What happens when I reach my data retention limit?
Once you hit your retention limit, older responses are automatically removed after a waiting period. You can upgrade at any time to increase retention or remove limits entirely.
Is Pulseahead suitable for mobile apps?
Pulseahead currently supports web and mobile web. Native mobile support is on the roadmap.
