How long does it take to set up?

Do I need a developer to set this up?
Not necessarily. You can install PulseAhead using Google Tag Manager without a developer. If your app already exposes a user ID in the dataLayer, you can pass it through GTM to initialize the SDK and map feedback across sessions and devices. If that is not available, a developer can make a small, one-time change to pass your internal user ID during SDK initialization. After setup, surveys, triggers, and targeting are fully managed from the dashboard with no ongoing engineering work.
What if my app doesn't follow common SaaS URL patterns?
That's expected. The Feedback Pack uses smart defaults based on common SaaS flows, and you can review and adjust triggers for each survey during setup — no engineering required beyond the initial script.
Can I customize the surveys and questions?
Yes, absolutely. While the pack comes with pre-configured surveys and questions, you can modify any survey, change the wording, add new questions, or adjust the design to match your brand.
