Integrations overview
Integrations in Pulseahead are not limited to a single vendor. The product can talk to other systems in different directions: sending survey outcomes out, bringing product or audience data in, or pulling external feedback together for review. This section is organized around those directions so new providers can slot in without reshuffling everything.
For categories that are not shipped yet, a Coming soon callout sits directly under the heading so it is easy to spot before the description.
Outbound: survey data to external systems
Section titled “Outbound: survey data to external systems”Here Pulseahead sends survey activity or responses to a tool your team already uses.
Survey response alerts can deliver to Slack once the workspace is connected under Project settings → Integrations. Alerts are configured per survey (where to notify, when to notify, and optional conditions). Connect Pulseahead to Slack walks through OAuth and channel setup.
For how timing, filters, and destinations fit together, read Survey response alerts first; use the Slack page when you are ready to implement that path.
Inbound: events or segments from external systems
Section titled “Inbound: events or segments from external systems”Here external tools would feed Pulseahead with signals you already track (events, cohorts, flags, or segments) so targeting and timing inside the product can follow the same reality as the rest of your stack.
Inbound: external feedback for analysis
Section titled “Inbound: external feedback for analysis”Here feedback that was captured outside Pulseahead (support tools, reviews, other survey tools) would be brought in so you can review or compare it next to in-product responses.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- Survey response alerts for behavior, conditions, and delivery timing.
- Connect Pulseahead to Slack to connect a workspace and route a survey to a channel.
